What is PlanEat
Plan:Eat Program is the brainchild of a family who saw that the available 1200-calorie meals offered in the market back in 2013 was simply not applicable for everyone. At that time, popular meal providers mostly centered on the weight loss aspect of diets. Weight loss is indeed easily achieved with a 1200-calories per day diet, especially for those with bigger built and/or more active lifestyles. Ultimately, there was a need for more choices.

Q: How many calories in each plan?
A: Each Plan corresponds to the number of calorie intake daily. Plan1200 will give you 1,200 calories total of daily meals; Plan1500 will give you 1,500 calories total, and so on.
Q: Are drinks included in the meal plans?
A: Daily meals include one packet of coffee (default), tea or chocolate drink. This drink is included in the total calorie count.
Q: Do you only delivery in Metro Manila?
A: Yes. Our delivery locations only cover the greater Metro Manila areas. Right now, we cover the following: Alabang, Las Piñas, Paranaque, Manila, Pasay, Makati, BGC, Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan & Quezon City. Not all barangays are covered in some cities due to the number of demand. It is still best that you inquire in our hotline if we cover your address.
Q: When do you deliver the meals?
A: For areas in the South like Alabang, Las Pinas and Paranaque, meals are delivered the afternoon before the consumption day, around 4-7PM. For all other areas, delivery is the morning of the day of consumption around 4-8AM.
Q: How do I order?
A: Via website: Just login/signup, select the Plan you want to avail and the week you want to order for, then click submit. Via Email/SMS/Viber: Send us your Name, Address, Mobile Number, Plan & Week/Days to be booked.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment is via bank deposit or bank transfer. Proof of payment (deposit slip or transfer screenshot) should be sent to the hotline.
Q: When is the deadline for booking?
A: To book the whole week, orders must be sent before Sunday, 12noon. We still accept orders after Sunday but it will be for partial week delivery.
Q: Can I order for less than 5 days a week?
A: Yes. Upon ordering, indicate the specific days within that week that you would like to avail. We will then send you the cost based on the number of delivery days you ordered.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes you may but make sure to do so within two days notice.
Q: Can I change my delivery address mid-week?
A: Yes you may but we have to be advised within no-less than 24 hours. A confirmation must be received to ensure that you will get your delivery in a different address.
Q: Can I cancel my order for one or a few days only?
A: If full payment has been made and a customer decides to remove a few days of delivery, the corresponding refunded days will be sent over.
Q: What happens to deliveries in case of typhoons or other unforeseen events?
A: If payment has been made and Plan:Eat is unable to deliver, a refund will be sent back to the client in the next available time. The client may also prefer a credited amount on their next Plan:Eat order.
